We offer an exciting range of cold hardy exotic plants including ferns, palms, bamboos and perennials - from seedling to mature specimens. Our expert staff can advise you on planting, care and cold hardiness as well as providing an after sales service.

At Akamba, you’ll find four acres packed with fun for children of all ages. This includes our African aviary, nature trail, play area, pet zoo, café and the fabulous tropical house, filled with a wealth of animals, butterflies and birds.

Akamba Safari Lodge
Further afield, on the edge of Tsavo East National Park in Kenya, we're developing a dream destination for a breathtaking safari holiday.

BY ROAD

  • at J4 follow A34 towards Shirley / Birmingham. Turn left at Dog Kennel Lane, head towards Dickens Heath.
  • At first roundabout turn left, at second roundabout turn right at the next roundabout in Dickens Heath Village turn right.
  • Follow the road round until you see Tythe Barn Lane Akamba is ½ mile down on the right.
